A: We offer full refunds or rescheduling for weather-related cancellations.
Q: Is there a delivery fee?
A: Delivery is free within Carthage and nearby towns. For locations beyond Smith county, a small fee applies.
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
A: Yes, we require half of the rental cost upfront to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before setup. Please note, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event will be considered last minute, and refunds will not be issued.
