Arriving Late & Cancellation Policy
At Kiddos Play Center, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your party,
please call us at (615) 709-2437 and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
If you’re running late, please give us a call. Your party room time cannot be extended due to late arrival, and your access to the play center may be shortened to stay on schedule for all guests.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your party, please let us know at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance. We’ll cancel your booking with no penalty. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled party may not be eligible for a refund.
Arrival Time for Setup:
You may arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party to begin decorating and setting up.
